【Property & application】
1. O-3, O-5 soluble in oil and organic solvents. It can be used as W/O type emulsifier, chemical fiber softener and silk post-treatment agent.
2. O-8, O-9, O-10, O-15, O-20, O-30 are soluble in water and organic solvents, stable to acid, alkali and hard water. It has good wetting, emulsifying and cleaning properties.
3. O-8 and O-9 can be used as leveling agent, slow dyeing agent, glass fiber industrial emulsifier, chemical fiber spinning oil agent component, emulsifier for cosmetics and ointment production, and household and industrial cleaning agents.
4. O-10 in the chemical fiber industry, as one of the components of a variety of chemical fiber spinning oil agents, with good spinnability; As an emulsifier in the general industry, it has good emulsifying properties for moving, planting and mineral oil, and the prepared emulsion is very stable; It can also be used to prepare household detergents, industrial detergents, metal cleaners; as a wetting agent in the textile industry; It is one of the components of emulsifiers in the pesticide industry.
5. O-15 has good cooking performance; In the printing and dyeing industry, it is used as a leveling agent and a slow dyeing agent to enhance the fastness to dyeing, and the coloring is bright and beautiful; It is used as a cleaning agent in the metal processing process, and the oil stain on the surface is easy to remove, which is convenient for post-processing; In general industry, it is used as an emulsifier to prepare an extremely stable emulsion.
